have 11 years of diverse experience in the real estate industry including
project management, marketing, construction, design, acquisitions and sales. As
an associate with a privately owned real estate development firm in San
Francisco, CA that focused on urban infill locations in the Western United
States, I focused on various stages of real estate development projects, such
as:
One Powell in San Francisco, a renovation of a
historic Bank of America building in the Union Square district of San
Francisco, California.
Magnolia Place in San Francisco, a mixed use
residential and retail building with 27 apartment units and 10,000 square of
retail use.
Shipley Square in San Francisco, designed, entitled
and constructed as a five-story residential apartment building with ground
floor retail. Following completion, the apartments were converted to for-sale
residential condominiums which were entirely sold out within 12 months.
The 88 in downtown San Jose, high-rise residential
living that includes 197 for-sale residential condominiums in a 22-story tower
above 31,000 square feet of amenity retail, a landscaped public plaza, and six
levels of residential and public parking.
